More about the process
Is FORME the contractor?+

FORME connects property owners with independent contractor partners. Your chosen contractor evaluates the property, prepares the estimate, enters into the construction agreement and performs the work. FORME does not perform construction or guarantee a contractor’s work.

Do I need finished plans to get started?+

No. A description of what you want to change, your location and a comfortable investment range are enough to begin. If you have drawings, measurements or inspiration, mention them in your project brief.

What happens after I request a quote?+

Your request is saved for review. We use your project scope, location and timing to explore a suitable contractor introduction. Partner availability varies. A contractor may need a call, site visit or additional details before providing a written quote.

What does a remodel cost?+

Every property and scope is different. Layout changes, structural work, materials, permits and site conditions can all affect the price. The investment ranges in our form help frame a conversation; they are not estimates. Your contractor supplies project-specific pricing.
