Information you choose to share
The project request form collects your name, email, phone number, city, ZIP code, property type, project scope, investment range, timeline, contact preference and project description. Your project-sharing consent, call/text consent, consent version and the request date are recorded with the request. Please avoid including sensitive financial information, access codes or private documents.
How requests are used
FORME uses the information to review your project, contact you about it and explore introductions to relevant independent contractor partners. When you agree on the form, your project and contact information may be shared with those partners for this purpose. Your details are not displayed in a public directory.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database and made available to the site operator. Hosting and transactional email providers process information to store requests and deliver notifications to the site operator. Requests are retained for project follow-up and business records; they are not automatically deleted at a fixed interval.
Your choices
A phone number and explicit permission for project-related calls and texts are required by the project form. Choose email, phone call or text message as your preferred contact method. Permission covers this project request, not unrelated marketing. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can ask the sender to stop calls or texts at any time. To withdraw permission, ask about a request, correct information or request deletion, email enriquepelayojr@gmail.com with your request reference. Do not include additional sensitive information.
Browser storage
The project form and Project Studio keep current selections temporarily in memory while you complete them. Reference photos in Project Studio stay in your browser session and are not uploaded or attached to requests. If you choose to add your Studio brief to a quote request, its text is held temporarily in session storage, transferred into the form for your review, and removed from session storage after import. Downloaded briefs are saved to your device. This site does not use advertising trackers or sell your contact information to unrelated advertisers. The hosting platform may use necessary authentication and security cookies.
Contractor relationships
FORME provides referral and introduction services and does not act as your construction contractor. Contractor partners are independent businesses. They provide their own estimates, contracts, construction services and any warranties. FORME may receive referral compensation from partners. Submitting a request does not guarantee a quote, a match, availability or any outcome.
Quotes and imagery
Investment ranges are planning preferences, not prices or estimates. The contractor determines pricing after reviewing the property and scope. All displayed remodeling imagery is AI-generated design inspiration. Before-and-after comparisons are illustrative concepts, not completed projects, customer testimonials or representations of partner experience.
